Epson has been the chosen printer for more than a decade.
Suddenly, the software would not scan wirelessly. Appropriate support was not available so, believing there must be something wrong with the L3151 printer, A new L6270 printer was purchased.
But the same problem arose.
A computer engineer (not Epson) performed some magic to get the main functions to perform adequately to circumvent the return of the printer.
The software was simple from the time when Epson was adopted until now & the automated online support was impressive. This status has now been turned on its head &
it is hoped that updated software will be presented in due course of time to reinstate what was a very successful service in the past, AND to implement the many features that were advertised regarding the L6270.
The problems seem to relate to the updated software used to setup & check the printers. Feedback in this regard would be extremely appreciated!!
